نامه تشکلهای مردمی به سازمان ملل
پیرو اعتراضات جهانی و محکوم کردن حملات وحشیانه و ددمنشانه رژیم غاصب صهیونیستی در روزهای اخیر، جمعی از تشکلهای مردمنهاد جوانان با صدور بیانیه هجده بندی واحد و ارسال آن به دفتر سازمان ملل، رسانهها و آژانسهای خبری داخلی و خارجی، کشتار مردم بیدفاع و مظلوم غزه را محکوم و انزجار خود را از دولت نامشرع اسرائیل و این بیعدالتی ابراز داشتند.
متن لاتین این بیانیه بدین شرح است:
Where is Universal Principles of Human Rights?
There is not any occupation then annexation East Jerusalem, Gaza strip and Syrian Golan Heights?
There are not any violations against children in Palestine?
There is not a majority of Palestinian’s refugees which are stateless?
There is not any racial discrimination against its own Muslim Palestinian citizens?
There is not any mass slaughter in Gaza Strip?
Where are the international organizations and courts that have responsibilities about human cases?
Where are the international forces that maintain peace, calm and ceasefire?
Is there any justice in international organization’s view?
There is not any punishment for countries who disregarded UN statement especially Israel?
Is there any UN resolution 194 that stipulated Palestinian refugees should return to their homes and properties?
Is there any international court of justice (ICJ)?
How much does ICJ have power to execute opinion?
Is there any opinion of the international court of justice about Israel’s wall built on occupied Palestinian territory to be illegal?
Does Israel continue its construction of the colonial wall with total disregard to the court’s decision?
I s there United Nations (UN) , an international organization whose stated against to facilitate cooperation in international Law ,international security , … , human rights and achieving world peace?
Where are the UN activities about Palestine?
Is there any authorization for military actions for violators of Human Rights?
And many questions like above ……

ترجمه فارسی این بیانیه بدین شرح است:
- اصول جهانی حقوق بشر کجاست؟
- هیچ اشغالی و سپس اضافه کردن بیت المقدس شرقی و نوار غزه و بلندیهای جولان وجود ندارد؟
- هیچ جرم و جنایتی علیه کودکان در فلسطین نیست؟
- هیچ پناهنده فلسطینی بیخانمان وجود ندارد؟
- هیچ تبعیض نژادی علیه شهروندان مسلمان فلسطینی نیست؟
- هیچ کشتارگاه انسانی در نوار غزه نیست؟
- سازمانهای بینالمللی که مسئولیت موارد انسانی دارند کجا هستند؟
- نیروهای بینالمللی حافظ صلح و آتشبس کجاست؟
- آیا در منظر سازمانهای بینالمللی عدالت وجود دارد؟
- هیچ تبعیضی برای کشورهایی که که قطعنامههای سازمان ملل را رعایت نمیکنند، بخصوص اسرائیل وجود ندارد؟
- آیا قطعنامه ۱۹۴ سازمان ملل که نص صریح پناهندگان فلسطینی و بایست به اموال و خانههایشان بازگردند وجود ندارد؟
- آیا دادگاه بینالمللی عدالت (ICJ) وجود ندارد؟
- این دادگاه چه مقدار قدرت برای اجرایی کردن تصمیمات دارد؟
- هیچ نظر دادگاه بینالمللی عدالت در مورد ساخت دیوار حائل اسرائیل در فلسطین اشغالی که غیرقانونی است وجود دارد؟
- آیا اسرائیل به ساخت دیوار حائل ادامه و از تصمیم دادگاه امتناع نورزید؟
- آیا سازمان ملل، به عنوان یک سازمان بینالمللی که مسئولیت تسهیل سطح همکاری بینالمللی در قوانین بینالمللی، امنیت بینالمللی و …، حقوق بشر و دستیابی به صلح جهانی و پایدار وجود ندارد؟
- فعالیتهای سازمان ملل در مورد فلسطین کجاست؟
- آیا هیچ اختیاری برای اقدامات نظامی علیه جنایتکاران حقوق بشر وجود ندارد؟
و بسیاری سوأل از این قبیل.
ما نمایندگان سازمانهای مردم نهاد ایران، تمام سازمانهای بینالمللی جامعه مدنی و انسانهای آزاد اندیش و با وجدان در تمام نقطه دنیا را به منظور یافت عدالت و صلح جهانی را میخوانیم.
